Management TeamCo-Founders and Partners: Ken Frisbie has an undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego in Business Administration and an MBA from the University of Southern California. Mr. Frisbie has worked as a commercial lending officer with Crocker National Bank, as a financial consultant with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells and CFO of a $70 million plastics company. Mr. Frisbie has also built a company called Fluid Ink Technology, Inc. from ground zero to $25 million in revenue with 100 employees. He was instrumental in all aspects of this Company as its CEO and major shareholder. This included arranging two separate $5.0 million credit packages and developing strategic alliances with Chinese raw material suppliers. Over the past two years, after selling his ownership in Fluid Ink Technology, Mr. Frisbie has been working in various capacities with technologies involved in renewable energy. This includes forming BioFuels Energy, LLC and exploiting the Mobile Renewable Energy concept. Frank Mazanec has undergraduate degrees from the University of Vermont in Civil Engineering and Fairleigh Dickinson University (New Jersey) in economics and finance. Mr. Mazanec also has an MBA from the University of Southern California. Mr. Mazanec has worked with Ralph M. Parsons Co. as a Power Division manager responsible for planning, maintenance and division direction. Mr. Mazanec was also the West Coast Regional Director for Wheelabrator Technologies, Inc. In this capacity, Mr. Mazanec was responsible for business/project development or construction management of $300 million in waste to energy, waste management and environmental projects. He was responsible for managing approximately 150 field personnel. Mr. Mazanec has most recently been the owner of LNG Energy, Inc. Through LNG Energy, Mr. Mazanec has been responsible for securing contracts with Waste Management, Rogue Waste Systems, BOC Corporation, Fuel Cell Energy, Inc. and BioEnergy, LLC for implementing renewable energy project development as well as market and project feasibility, technology analysis and selection, joint venture partner analysis, and contract negotiations.
